Currency, Taxes, and Duty

Most international orders are shipped from Spain via DHL Express or from Australia via Australia Post.

Please note that all international packages may be subject to duties and taxes, which are determined by your local customs authority based on the sale value. These charges are separate from product and shipping costs and are the buyer's responsibility.

Order Tracking

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive an email from the courier company with your tracking number and estimated delivery date.

We don’t ship to PO boxes. If possible, provide a work or business address, especially if you spend most of your time there during the day.
