CURRENCY, TAXES AND DUTY

Most international orders are shipped from Spain with DHL Express or Australia with Australia Post.

All international packages may be liable to pay inbound duties and taxes which your local customs authority deems appropriate based on the sale value. This cost is separate from the product and shipping costs and is the buyer's responsibility.

 

ORDER TRACKING 

Once your order has been picked up from our warehouse,  you'll receive an email from the courier company with a tracking number & delivery estimate.

We don’t ship to PO boxes. Supplying a work or business address over a residential address is best practice if that’s where you spend the majority of your time during the day.
