COVID-19 UPDATE

Due to the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, restrictions on international transport, traffic in individual regions and border controls may affect the delivery time or even prevent delivery. We are not experiencing any delay within Spain but internationally ( between 3-4 weeks).

Please note: During peak periods, (Sales, Public Holidays, or the day after a Public Holiday), we aim to ship all orders ASAP. However, due to unpredictable increased order volumes, processing and shipping times may be slightly delayed.

 

CURRENCY, TAXES AND DUTY

Most international orders are shipped from Spain with DHL Express.

All international packages may be liable to pay inbound duties and taxes which your local customs authority deems appropriate based on the sale value. This cost is separate to the product and shipping cost and is the sole responsibility of the buyer.

 

ORDER TRACKING 

Once your order has been picked up from our warehouse,  you'll receive an email from the courier company with a tracking number & delivery estimate.

We don’t ship to PO boxes. Supplying a work or business address over a residential address is best practice if that’s where you spend the majority of your time during the day.  

 

RETURNS

We hope that you are delighted with every order you receive from Shoot The Twin. 

DO WE ACCEPT RETURNS ON ITEMS?

  • Returns are only available on faulty or damaged items. 
  • The 15 day returns date will start from the date of shipment. Remember that you must bring the items you wish to return to your nearest drop point within 15 days from the shipping date of your purchase, before the return period expires. 
  • Products must be unworn, unwashed and with tags attached in perfect condition. When it arrives, our team will sort out with a store credit or refund if you wish. 

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER

  • Pack your items securely in the original box and include the original invoice in the package and your completed Return Form in your parcel. 
  • Please have the box and item(s) ready for collection at the predetermined day or drop off the parcel to a DHL Collection Point.
  • Remember to remove any old postage labels if reusing the original packaging. 

CAN I EXCHANGE MY ORDER?

Yes ,you can exchange items. All exchanges items must be lodged by emailing customerservice@shootthetwin.com with your order number and what you wish to return, then our team will be in touch with the next steps to take. 

LOST, DAMAGED & STOLEN ITEMS

SHOOT THE TWIN is not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen packages once it is shipped from out facility. In addition, packages that say delivered that have not arrived fall in the lost, damaged and stolen category. Please contact the shipping carrier and open an enquiry directly.
