In respect of any saved card details, we will only ever store the card type, the last four digits of the card used and the expiry date and such card details will never be shared with third parties and will only be used to process your order, using our payment partner’s safe payment platform systems. To help ensure that your shopping experience is safe, simple and secure, Shoot The Twin uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.

SECTION 3 - Who we share your personal information with

We share your Personal Information with service providers to help us provide our services and fulfill our contracts with you, as described above. For example:

If for any reason you are concerned that the personal information held by Shoot The Twin is not correct, please visit the website and, after logging into the site using the “LOG IN” menu on the home page, your personal information will be made available for review and change in the “MY ACCOUNT” page. 

Only you or, upon your request, Shoot The Twin may access your personal data from our website. Information may be changed online within your “ACCOUNT DETAILS”. You may also contact us by email at customerservice@shootthetwin.com and we will amend your personal details.

We use your personal Information to provide our services to you, which includes: offering products for sale, processing payments, shipping and fulfillment of your order, and keeping you up to date on new products, services, and offers.

We take care to make our site secure and all credit or debit card transactions on this site are processed using a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment.

Our processor Shopify uses limited automated decision-making to prevent fraud that does not have a legal or otherwise significant effect on you.

Services that include elements of automated decision-making include:

  • Temporary denylist of IP addresses associated with repeated failed transactions. This denylist persists for a small number of hours.
  • Temporary denylist of credit cards associated with denylisted IP addresses. This denylist persists for a small number of days.
