Exchanges and Returns


Returns are only available on faulty or damaged items. You have 30 days from the shipping date of your order to return your purchase from free of charge. Products must be unworn, unwashed and with tags attached in perfect condition. When it arrives, our team will sort out with a store credit or refund if you wish. 

All return items must be lodged by emailing and we’ll get back to ASAP with the next steps. Simply send us your order number and what you wish to return.

We will send you a label via email to stick on the return package so that you can drop it off at any Post office.

Remember that you must bring the items you wish to return to your nearest drop point within 30 days from the shipping date of your purchase, before the return period expires.
